At Hectic Decals, we take pride in offering high-quality vinyl decals that are laminated by hand to ensure durability and a premium finish. We strive to provide the best products and customer service, however, we understand that sometimes issues may arise given the human element involved in producing the decals. If a decal is found to be damaged upon receipt, then please email us and can offer a replacement or refund.

When refunds are not offered

• Change of heart (unless you need rent money)
• Decal is claimed as damage/faulty, however, product has been used or applied to a surface
• If a decal is applied incorrectly
• Gift cards
